Jean-Pierre
Launay,
freelance photographer, is settled in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
He worked for the local newspapers in Laois (Ireland) and
still works for agencies in France as Andia
Presse. He is published in newspapers, magazines, brochures,
post-cards and web-sites... This site shows photographs
of his work and especially some new pictures of north Kerry
as Tralee, Dingle, Ardfert etc. More images will be
updated showing some of his news, archives or few pictures
from the numerous slides he took in France,
Switzerland, Florida,
Canada, Poland
etc. And, of course, Ireland
with his new production as well.
Jean-Pierre Launay's photographs were displayed in Ardfert
Gallery and were in Azilis Creation Workshop
in the Dingle Craft villlage until last January. Some postcards
are also displayed in shops in Dingle, Tralee and Ardfert.

Damian Foxhall won the Barcelona World
Race with the French skipper Jean-Pierre Dick. 92 days
8 hours 49 minutes and 49 seconds for covering 28 329
miles non stop around the world. Damian has received a
warm Welcome in Caherdaniel on February the 23rd 2008.
